Order entry policies

Please read the following order entry requirements.

Orders can not be placed on the production schedule without the following:

1. 50% deposit for all orders - except for the following:
   Prepayment required for orders under $3000.00
2. Completed credit application including fax numbers for trade references, utility and office supply companies are not acceptable as trade references. Please allow 5 days for credit check (add one day for each day we do not have fax numbers).
3. Signed purchase agreement.
4. Accounting department contact name, phone/fax #
5. If a project is bonded we require a copy of bond be faxed to us at (360) 895-1284.
6. Approved submittals (if required).
7. Customer signed purchase order (if purchase order required).

** NOTE: Credit cards are accepted for 50% deposit or prepayment.

	Anne Brown anne@theleader.com 800-323-1798 360-895-2626 Anne joined the Leader team in 1994. She started as an outside sales representative and has been the National Sales Manager for all divisions for the past several years. She has over 25 years of sales and management experience.
	Jan Bruce jan@theleader.com 800-323-1798 360-895-2626 Jan brought 20 years of experience in the site furnishing industry to Leader when she joined the team in 1999. She is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the FairWeather division of Leader Manufacturing. She is your "go to" person for custom projects and technical product information.
	Sarah Conner sarah@theleader.com 800-323-1798 360-895-2626 Sarah Conner is a Leader Team sales executive and has been with the company since 2001. She started as our receptionist and has grown with the company performing various job functions throughout her tenure. This has made Sarah a valuable asset to the team as she expands her role in serving FairWeather and Cara Design customers throughout the United States.
	Stephanie Buchanan slbuchanan@theleader.com 800-323-1798 360-895-2626 Stephanie is a Leader Team sales executive; joining our company in 2002. Beyond the fun work atmosphere, Stephanie's favorite part of her job is that each day brings a new challenge. She combines 19 years of sales and customer service experience in representing FairWeather customers throughout the United States with a special emphasis in decorative castings (if you have a question about ductile-iron or custom tree grates and other decorative castings, Stephanie is our go-to team member in this growing area of our business).
	Sandra Bolton skbolton@theleader.com 800-323-1798 360-895-2626 Every customer at one time or another has the pleasure of working directly with Sandra. We call her the "Closer" as her job entails all of the behind the scenes details for completing orders: obtaining signed PO's, deposits, making sure all of the "T's" are crossed and the "I's" are dotted and ensuring our customers are fully informed of all final details prior to shipping the finished product. If you can get by Sandra without having had the opportunity to say Hello, you missed one of the great assets of our Leader Team! Sandra joined the Leader Team in 2002.
	Bill Whitcomb billw@theleader.com 800-323-1798 360-895-2626 Bill brings 20 years of manufacturing experience in the sales and development of architectural products. Since joining Leader / Fairweather in 2009 as the Business Development Executive for Washington and Oregon, he works directly with architects, contractors and municipalities.
	Missy Warren mwarren@theleader.com 800-323-1798 360-895-2626 Missy joined the Leader Team in 2009, bringing with her over 17 years experience in sales and customer service.
