The structural integrity of all FairWeather Site Furnishings products is warranted for a period of 5 years from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, except finishes of any nature. Normal wear, vandalism and misuse are not covered.

FairWeather uses a powder coated finish on all of its products, except certain products of third-party manufacturers distributed by FairWeather, which products carry that manufacturer's specific warranty and are not further warranted by FairWeather. The powder coated finish on FairWeather's products is warranted for a period of 1 year from date of delivery to customer or customer's representative or agent, or for 3 years if ordered with a corrosion resistant undercoat, as specified by FairWeather.

Powder coating finishes, including any custom powders or corrosion resistant undercoat, specified by the customer or customer's representative or agent, are not covered under this warranty unless specifically approved in writing by FairWeather Site Furnishings.

If the finish is subject to a salty or corrosive environment of any nature (i.e.: roads, sidewalks or other areas that are salted or where other corrosive material is used for snow or ice removal; ocean shore areas where installations are near or around saltwater environments; and other environments where extreme humid conditions persist that may cause corrosive conditions), the part must have a corrosion resistant undercoat to be warranted.

Claims are subject to inspection by FairWeather Site Furnishings or its authorized representatives, including its powder coating finish vendor or any of its authorized representatives. Repair or replacement will be determined solely by FairWeather Site Furnishings after its or any of its authorized representatives' inspection of the warranted products. FairWeather is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. The consignee must file a claim against the carrier for loss or damaged products.
